Ingredients  :

Fibersol-2 (Resistant maltodextrin) 2.5 g. (Providing Tctal dietary fiber 1.39 g. and soluble fiber 86.5 mg.) Inulin 2.5 g. (Providing Soluble fiber 2.255 g.) 

Direction  :

     1 sachet daily mix with water, milk or beverages (250 ml.) 1-2 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

- Children and pregnant women should not eat.
